GRANNY SQUARE BAG
very easy tutorial
Using leftovers of a cotton yarn that had been at the bottom of a trunk for several years, during these vacation days I made a very quick seamless square-based crochet bag: basically a large #grannysquare with a zig-zag effect!
The process is really simple: I show it in a short tutorial that you can find on Lalanà's YouTube channel at this link.
Once you understand the construction mechanism, you can have fun choosing yarns, using absolutely anything, even leftover yarn in different colors (the zig-zag effect will be enhanced!)
Some recommendations: Cotone di Lana Grossa with a 3.5mm crochet hook, Ekos by Katia Yarns with a 4.5mm crochet hook, raffia Paglia di Fiesole by Mafil with a 5.5mm crochet hook.
