Cords - The Knitting Barber

The original cords from The Knitting Barber, handcrafted in Vasa, Finland, are the perfect accessory to place your knitting stitches on hold and easily try top-down garments.

Made of silicone and supplied in a set of three (packaged in a 68 mm diameter tin box), they fit perfectly on needle sizes ranging from 2.25 mm to 7 mm.

HOW TO USE THEM:

Firmly press the cord tip onto the needle (about 1 cm) and start sliding the knitting onto the cord (remember to always check that the joint is securely fixed).

When all the stitches are on hold, gently remove the cord from the needle tip by pushing it away with your finger or nail, without pulling the cord (just gently open it, like a champagne cork).

A set includes:

- 1 cord of ~150 cm

- 2 cords of ~75 cm (for suspending sleeve stitches).

The cords can also be cut to your preferred length.
