100% Alpaca

Holst Garn Titicaca is a fine 2-ply yarn in 100% alpaca.

The Titicaca yarn can be worked alone as a single strand or doubled to create soft shawls or lightweight garments. 

It is also perfect when worked together with Supersoft and Haya; the alpaca will add softness and a slight fluffiness to your knitting projects.

Titicaca is available in 50 g balls.

About 400 meters per 50 g.

Work with a single strand on 2.5-3 mm needles (about 25 stitches = 10 cm).

Work with two strands on 3.5-4 mm needles (about 23 stitches = 10 cm).

When using Holst Garn Titicaca 100% alpaca with another yarn, 1 strand will add about half a needle size. 

If you usually knit, for example, Supersoft with 3 mm needles, Supersoft and Titicaca worked together will be perfect with 3.5 mm needles.
