Art. 1 - General provisions
1. By browsing in this area, the user accesses Lalanà, accessible via the URL: www.lalanafilati.com. Browsing and transmitting a purchase order on the site imply acceptance of the Conditions and Data Protection Policies adopted by the site as indicated therein.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of products with exclusive reference to purchases made on the site in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/05 as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/14 and Legislative Decree 70/03) by:

5. It is possible to use the site and therefore access products provided by it and make purchases in the following languages:

Art. 2 - Object
1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, the forwarding, and the acceptance of purchase orders for products on Lalanà and do not govern the provision of services or the sale of products by subjects other than the seller present on the same site through links, banners, or other hypertext links.
2. Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from other subjects, we suggest checking their sales conditions.
Art. 3 - Conclusion of the contract
1. To conclude the purchase contract, it will be necessary to fill out the electronic form and submit it following the relevant instructions.
2. The contract is concluded when the seller receives the form filled out by the user, after verifying the correctness of the data contained therein.
3. The user will be obliged to pay the price from the moment the online order submission process is completed. This will happen by clicking the "Proceed" button at the end of the guided procedure.
4. Once the contract is concluded, the seller takes charge of processing the order.
Art. 4 - Registered Users
1. When completing the registration procedures, the user undertakes to follow the instructions on the website and to provide their personal data correctly and truthfully.
2. Confirmation will in any case release Lalanà from any liability regarding the data provided by the user. The user undertakes to promptly inform Lalanà of any changes to their data communicated at any time.
3. If the user provides incorrect or incomplete data or if there is a dispute by the parties concerned about the payments made, Lalanà shall have the right not to activate or to suspend the service until the related deficiencies are remedied.
4. Upon the user's first request to activate a profile, Lalanà will assign a username and a password. The user acknowledges that these identifiers constitute the validation system for the user's access to the Services and the only system suitable for identifying them, and that acts performed through such access will be attributed to them and will be binding on them.
5. The user undertakes to keep their access data confidential, to guard them with due care and diligence, and not to temporarily disclose them to third parties.
Art. 5 - Product Availability
1. The availability of products refers to their actual availability at the time the user places the order. Such availability must be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the products could be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
2. Even after sending the order confirmation email, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of goods. In this case, the order will be automatically adjusted by eliminating the unavailable product, and the user will be immediately informed via email.
3. If the user requests cancellation of the order, thus resolving the contract, Lalanà will refund the amount paid within 5 working days from the moment it becomes aware of the buyer's decision to terminate the contract.

Art. 7 - Payment methods and prices
1. The price of the products will be the one indicated on the website, unless there is an obvious error.
2. In case of error, Lalanà will notify the buyer as soon as possible, allowing confirmation of the order at the correct amount or cancellation. However, Lalanà will not be obliged to provide what was sold at the erroneously indicated lower price.
3. Prices on the website include VAT and do not include shipping costs. Prices may change at any time. The changes do not apply to products for which the order has already been confirmed.
4. Once the desired products are selected, they will be added to the cart. Simply follow the instructions for purchase, entering or verifying the required information in each step of the process. Order details can be modified before payment.
5. Payment can be made by:
Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bank Transfer, PayPal, Satispay, cash where direct delivery conditions apply.
Art. 8 - Shipments and Delivery
1. Products are shipped via courier to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase.
2. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt and delivery is made by courier typically within 2-4 working days, or within the estimated period at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum of thirty days from the confirmation date.
3. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are explicitly highlighted at the time of placing the order. Unless different temporary promotions are indicated on the website, the costs for shipping to Italy and San Marino are as follows:
- for orders up to € 74.99: € 7.50 (VAT included);
- for orders over € 75.00: FREE shipping;
- for shipments to smaller islands and disadvantaged areas: an additional charge of €22.00 to be added to the base rate.
4. Lalanà also ships to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland, with a shipping cost of €20.00.

5. If delivery cannot be made and the package goes into storage due to the absence of the recipient, the related fees will be charged to the buyer.
6. If delivery cannot take place due to reasons not attributable to us, after thirty days from the date the order was fulfilled by Lalanà, the contract will be considered terminated.
7. As a consequence of the termination of the purchase contract, within 15 days from the date the goods are returned to our warehouses, any amount paid by the buyer will be refunded, except for shipping costs, which will be charged in any case.
Art. 9 - Warranty and Commercial Compliance
1. All products sold on the website https://lalanafilati.com/ are covered by the manufacturer's possible conventional warranty and by a 24-month warranty for conformity defects in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 24/02.
The warranty right must be exercised within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect is recognized by the buyer by registered letter with return receipt sent to the following address:

The goods must be shipped intact, in their original packaging, together with the receipt or purchase invoice.
2. In case of proven non-compliance, the user who entered into the contract as a consumer will have the right to obtain the restoration of product conformity at no cost, through repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or the resolution of the contract related to the disputed goods and the consequent return of the amount paid.
Art. 10 - Withdrawal
1. In accordance with current legal provisions, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products under art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
2. The user wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt indicating the order number and username addressed to:

3. The buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit statement containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively by sending the standard withdrawal form, as per Annex I, part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014, which is not mandatory.
4. The goods must be returned intact to the address above at the customer's expense, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts, and also complete with the attached tax documentation. Upon arrival at the headquarters, the returned product will be examined, and in the event of damage, the withdrawal cannot be exercised.
If the product is found to be in good condition, Lalanà will refund, within a maximum period of 15 days, the entire amount paid by the buyer, including any shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered).
5. The right of withdrawal will not apply to services and products included in the categories referred to in art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
6. Products returned with cash on delivery parcels or freight collect will not be accepted under any circumstances.

1. The buyer's data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the specific section containing the information pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 (Privacy Policy).

Art. 13 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and interpreted in accordance with it, without prejudice to any different prevailing mandatory rules of the habitual residence country of the buyer. Consequently, the interpretation, execution, and resolution of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law.
2. Any disputes relating to and/or arising from them must be exclusively resolved by the Italian judicial authority. In particular, if the user is considered a Consumer, any disputes must be settled by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same according to the applicable law.
